How do I order a ring?
To order a ring, call or text Matt at 507-351-7032 to book a design
appointment or get a quote. You can also click on the link to book a
design appointment on the website in the above menu.
Can I return or exhange my ring?
It’s important to us that you have a ring that you love. You can get a refund within 7 days of ordering a ring, as long as supplies have not been ordered. Exchanges my be possible on a case by case basis.
When will I get my order?
Rings are made to order by hand. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks minimum. You may request a rush order directly with Matt. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How do I determine my ring size?
There are several ways to find out your ring size if you already have a ring that fits you well. Bring it to a jeweler to measure or slip the ring onto a mandrel to determine the size.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our rings are hand made by Matt Anderson in Colorado and sometimes Wisconsin.
Do you offer ring engraving?
At the moment, I am outsourcing engraving. If you would like something engraved, please message us or call us and we will work with you on that.
How do I take care of my Manderwood ring?
In order for your ring to stay looking brand new, keep out of water as much as possible and if exposed to water just make sure to dry it well. If your ring gets a scratch or just needs a professional polish or cleaning then you can always send it in for re-finishing for a $15 charge that includes return shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping in the United States. For international
shipping, please message us as the price varies. We ship USPS first
class with tracking number which usually takes (3-5 business days).
Can you do quarter sizes?
Yes, Matt can do quarter sizes with some exceptions.
