At Manderwood Custom Rings, it is fundamentally important to us that you wear a ring you truly love. We take tremendous pride in every piece we build by hand. If your ring is not the right fit or design, we are here to work with you directly.
1. 30-Day Return Window

Rings may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of your verified delivery date.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the ring must be in its original, unworn condition, free from scratches, nicks, chemical exposure, or alterations.
2. Restocking Fee

Returns incur a 25% restocking fee calculated from the original retail purchase price.

Why we have this fee: We are an independent, small artisan startup business. Each ring is shaped, turned, and finished individually with significant hands-on labor and custom material prep rather than pulled off a mass-production shelf. The restocking fee partially covers dedicated bench time, raw material inspection, re-polishing, and processing.
3. Sizing Exchanges & Adjustments

If your ring arrives and does not fit comfortably, contact us immediately.

Matt can accommodate quarter sizes on most ring styles with select material exceptions.

Because materials like tungsten carbide, ceramic, and continuous wood/stone inlays cannot be traditionally resized on a bench mandrel, exchanges often require crafting a brand new band. Contact Matt to discuss your exchange options and any applicable remake or exchange fees.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Custom rings designed with customer-supplied materials (e.g., family heirloom wood, specialized personal stones).

Rings with customized, outsourced interior engravings.

Items returned past the 30-day window from the delivery date.

Rings displaying noticeable damage, deep scratches, gouges, or abuse from manual labor.
