Welcome to Manderwood Custom Rings. By visiting our site, booking a design appointment, or purchasing handcrafted products from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review these terms carefully before accessing or using our website.

1. Overview & Custom Craftsmanship

Manderwood Custom Rings specializes in custom, individually handcrafted men’s rings and wedding bands crafted from premium materials (including tungsten, titanium, Damascus steel, ceramic, carbon fiber, unique woods, and custom inlays). Because every piece features individual workmanship and organic materials (such as wood grain, antler, and stones), slight natural variations in grain, texture, and coloration are expected and celebrated as part of the ring's unique identity.

2. Design Appointments & Custom Quotes

Design appointments and direct consultations can be booked via our website or by contacting Matt directly.
Sketches, material options, and formal quotes provided during consultations remain valid for a specified window and are subject to material market availability.
Custom orders begin production only after confirmation and payment approval.

3. Pricing & Product Accuracy

All prices are stated in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.
We reserve the right to modify pricing, update product specifications, or discontinue materials without prior notice.
While we strive to display material colors and finishes with complete photographic fidelity, monitor calibrations vary, and actual tones may exhibit subtle organic distinctions.

4. Sizing Accuracy

Obtaining an accurate finger size is essential for a comfortable fit. Ring sizes can be determined via professional jeweler sizing, standard mandrels, or our printable sizing guide. Because certain materials (such as tungsten carbide, ceramic, and rings with continuous inlays) cannot be traditionally stretched or resized by standard jewelers, customers are responsible for providing an accurate size when placing orders. Matt offers quarter sizes upon request with select design exceptions.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer complimentary standard shipping within the United States via USPS First Class with tracking (typically 3–5 business days once production is complete).
International shipping rates vary based on location; customers are responsible for local customs, tariffs, import duties, and taxes.
Manderwood is not liable for carrier delays caused by severe weather, postal disruptions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or its content for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, infringe upon any intellectual property rights, upload malicious code or viruses, or harvest customer data without authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

Manderwood Custom Rings shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper ring care, exposure to harsh chemical environments, heavy manual labor wear, or unauthorized third-party alterations.
