If your ring arrives and the size isn’t quite right, please don’t worry — we are happy to resize your ring free of charge. We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky, especially with wider bands or specialty materials, and we’re here to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Our goal is to ensure your ring fits comfortably and beautifully.

Because each ring is handcrafted specifically for you, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds. Once materials are cut, shaped, and finished, the piece becomes uniquely yours and cannot be restocked or resold. This policy allows us to continue creating made-to-order pieces with the highest level of care and quality.

Please know this approach is never about being inflexible — it reflects the custom nature of the work and the time invested in creating something meaningful just for you.
